The stone building has been partially improved with a new electrical system and new heating and water systems. It is composed of a wide entrance, a bathroom and 4 large rooms.
The facades needs to be restored. We have already asked for some quotes to specialized companies.
On the back of the house there is a shady area of the other owner that live in the other apartment. There is the possibility to agree to use it together.

The village is located only 27 km from Sansepolcro, birthplace of Piero dell Francesca, from Caprese Michelangelo, birthplace of Michelangelo Buonarroti, 50 minutes from Arezzo and 50 minutes from Rimini and the Adriatic coast.
The village of Badia Tedalda is famous for the works of Della Robbia school (Robbiane), inside the Church in the highest part of the town (Badia Alta), but also for the food products, porcini mushrooms, precious truffles and any kind of wild game.
