Ancient rural house typical of Apuane Alps, the house is located on a hill in front of the sea, on the Apuo-Versiliese coast, very close to the famous city of Forte dei Marmi. Between Tirreno sea and Apuane Apls.
Thanks to its favourable position you can enjoy an oustanding panorama, not only for the sea view but also because of its proximity to Tuscany cities arts such as Golfo di Lerici, Cinque terre and of course the well-known Caves of Carrara.
Both the beach of Fronte dei Marmi and the mountains can be reached by car in 15 minutes.
This charming house is all made in local stone and also in chestnut beams of those woods.
Actually three rooms are habitables, one per floor, just take a look to the pictures.The restoration project (already approved) provides two more rooms.
In addiction it is possible to insert a small pool in the garden in the middle of our herbs.
In the latest two years, tourists all over the Europe have already resided here with pleasure and satisfaction (see Airbnb).
