LA VILLA MADONNA DELLE GRAZIE-TALAMONE TUSCANY
The estate is a unique and prestigious property, beautifully located in

an original Roman Villa dated 101 dc that was the former Villa belong to
the roman Imperator Traiano. This area is ideal for boating with the
Talamone Harbour, the modern marina of Cala Galera and Punta Ala and
the marvellous coastline of Parco dell’Uccellina. Talamone can be reach
by car in about 1.5 hours from Rome and 2 hours from Florence. There is a civil airport in Grosseto (27 km) that allow private flight.
