Marzamemi is a small coastal village in the deep south of Sicily, in Italy
The coast of south-east Sicily is one of the finest in the Mediterranean: clear water, gentle sandy bays, small islands just off the shore, and long stretches of open sea. This is a corner of Italy where the sea is not something you look at from the terrace, but a part of daily life. A few steps and you are in the water. And the Sicilian climate helps: southern Sicily has one of the mildest winters in Italy, with warm days from spring to late autumn and long evening light. Outdoor living stops being seasonal here. You can have breakfast outside in March, swim well into October, and live on the terrace almost all year, the way Italians do.

Aranci Villa.
Aranci Villa is a three-room home in Borgo 84, a seafront project designed for the way we live today. It brings together two outdoor spaces: a private garden at ground level and a terrace with a sea view. Two different ways to live outside, every day of the year.
The villa covers 70 square metres in total, with open, light-filled interiors, two bedrooms, one bathroom, high-quality finishes and refined materials, every detail chosen with care. The garden is your own green corner, perfect for long lunches in the open air, while the terrace looks out to the sea and becomes the place for breakfast in the morning sun and sea breezes in the evening. A home designed for the pleasure of daily life in this part of Italy.
And around the villa, the shared spaces of Borgo 84 become a natural extension of your home: two panoramic infinity pools, themed gardens, hydromassage areas, a jogging path, an outdoor gym, wifi everywhere, electric vehicle charging, a bike room, padel and beach volley courts. The beach is right there. A step from the water.
