- that a further 35% of the total area will host public and private services and equipment with destination uses of points d), e), 1), and n) and that the residual building volume will be built there;
- that the remaining 30% of the total area is reserved for roads, canals and bodies of water and in any case public and private non-buildable spaces.
Existing conventional subdivision plans will be adapted to the new building densities and the corresponding needs for public spaces and service equipment according to the parameters shown in tables 2 and 4.
Pending the launch of the areas for implementation with the multi-year programs of law 28/1/77 n.10, single-family residences can be built there according to the rules of subzone E1, indicated in art. 11 (*)
