The house, 448 square meters, was renovated in 2010 and articulates in two floors.

At the ground floor there are two wide rooms (study and living-room) and a paved space that gives on the main façade. Through a passageway you get to the cellar and the porch, which contains two larger storage rooms and some smaller ones. Under the porch you can park up to 2 cars.

An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where you can find: habitable kitchen with a thermostatic fireplace that’s partially furnished, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one wider with both shower and bath tub, the other with just the tub) and a terrace with arcs, with a breath-taking view on the Alps and the Langhe.

The fields are about 5500 square meters around the house, with a garden, an orchard and a vegetable garden. It’s partially delimited through an enclosure and fully surrounded by a picket fence.

There is a photovoltaic system of 3Kw, installed upon the porch roof. The heating system has a boiler connected to a gas tank and is also connected to two solar panels that produce sanitary waters.

There are two septic tanks, one for white waters and the other for black waters. Under the porch there is a self-standing well, but the house is connected to the aqueduct.

The house is a couple of kilometres outside the residential area of Carrù, near the A6 motorway entrance.

Since it’s exposed South, it’s very bright at day. The gate opens on the communal road. By the balcony and the terrace you can admire the Alps range, including Monviso, and the beginning of the Langhe territory.
