Located in the centre of Italy, in the Marche; close to the Umbrian-Marchigian Apennine and 31 miles away from the sea.
The farmhouse is based on two floors, plus a habitable attic. On the ground floor there is a garage, a cellar, a rustic kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge a kitchen and a kitchenette. On the second floor there is an unrefined attic.
It is surrounded by 2,70 square miles (7 square kilometers) plot of land, in which there are three buildings that can be used as outbuildings.
The whole structure has enough space to build a swimming-pool or a tennis court; but it also can be leaved as it is, in order to experience the peaceful atmosphere of the place.
