The dwelling has 3 floors; it was entirely restored.
Even if it is close to the street, the place is really peaceful and private because it is hidden behind tall trees and a linden tree-lined driveway.
Swimming pool, stable, barn and some other small agricultural buildings, plus two wells and a water tank.
On the back of the house there is a wide pergola with an oven, a barbecue and a washtub, all made of bricks.
The house is almost completely furnished with style furniture and antiques, but needs to be painted. Two shutters needs to be repaired because nobody have lived in the house for some years.
The climate ranges from delightful Spring/Summer thanks to a light breeze softens the heat to snowy or dry Winters. Autumn is wonderful.
All the house has a gas heating plus a fireplace and wooden stoves of different sizes.
Even if the town is small, there are all the essential services (post office, bank, pharmacy, medical device, supermarket, bus, etc)
The location is perfect for horse riding, mountain bike, and mushroom/truffle harvest.
