Für ein angenehmes Raumklima sorgt ein Klimagerät mit Heiz- und Kühlfunktion. Zusätzlich besteht die Möglichkeit, einen Ofen anzuschließen – der Kaminzug ist bereits vorhanden. Die Warmwasserversorgung erfolgt über einen Elektroboiler.
Apricale zählt zu den schönsten Dörfern Liguriens – ruhig gelegen, umgeben von Olivenhainen und Wäldern. Der Ort bietet eine hervorragende Infrastruktur mit mehreren Restaurants, Bars, einem Lebensmittelladen, einer Apotheke und einer Post. Das ganze Jahr über finden kulturelle Veranstaltungen und Ausstellungen statt, deren Höhepunkt das Theaterfestival im August bildet.
Trotz der ruhigen Lage erreicht man die lebhaften Küstenorte Bordighera und Ventimiglia in nur 25 Minuten. Sanremo, Menton, Monte Carlo sowie der internationale Flughafen von Nizza sind in weniger als einer Stunde erreichbar.

Une arche en pierre naturelle vient séparer l’espace nuit très cosy qui est attenant à la salle de bain.
L’appartement a été soigneusement rénové en 2004 et est depuis utilisé comme appartement de vacances. Le toit a été entièrement rénové en 2023 et une nouvelle cuisine a été installée en 2024. Une climatisation réversible permet de rafraichir en été et chauffer en hiver. Il est également possible de brancher un poêle (un conduit étant déjà installé). Une chaudière électrique permet d’avoir de l’eau chaude.
Apricale compte parmi les plus beaux villages de Ligurie –au calme et au cœur d’oliveraies et de forêts. Le village offrede nombreuses commodités, telles que d’excellents restaurants, des cafés, une petite épicerie, un bureau de poste et une pharmacie. Des évènements culturels et des expositions y sont organisés tout au long de l’année, notamment le fameux festival de théâtre en août.
Malgré son emplacement paisible, les villes côtières et animées de Bordighera et Vintimille ne sont qu’à 25 minutes en voiture. Sanremo, Menton, Monaco ainsi que l’aéroport international de Nice sont à une heure de route.
