The Villa developed during the seventeenth century on a pre-existing late Medieval settlement.
Since 1985 it was totally renovate with passion by the current Owner respecting the original architecture, colors and ornament. Actually, they permitted to transform the country Estate to the current touristic complex preserving the idea of a luxurious private Residence.

Location and local Settlement
It is located in the Sorrento Peninsula and far only 16 km from the Amalfi Coast, the building is made up of a historical construction developed on different levels, surrounded by two plot of lands in both sides that belong to the same owner; the building and the plots of land make together a high value site in terms of landscape and environmental.
The main road gives access to the property and links the village with the near towns. The property has a good position with sea view on the bay of Marina del Cantone, it is sunny for the most part of the day in all seasons.
The property is defined environmental decor,  thanks to its massiveness and history it is mention on the touristic guides.
The prestigious location is located just before marine reserve of the Bay of Jeranto and it is suitable to any touristic typology: naturalistic, sustainable, leisure.
