In Apulia, in the centre of Salento, for sale, old building of 120 years ago, completely restored in 2007.

It is in the municipality of Cutrofiano, 15 km fom Gallipoli, famous vacaion spot.

The plot of land where the property rises is 17.200 sqm, 5000 sqm of which are garden. It is situated in a really privete position, in a street hidden by the trees; it is weel connected to the municipality of Cutrofiano that is 5 km far and only 3 km from the municipality of Aradeo.

On the back part of the garden there is a stone colonnade and a big pergola near an old walnut tree and a splendid centuries-old pomegranate suitable for al fresco eating on Summer with a large table made of wood and iron.
