The building is one story high and consists of a single structure divided into several areas used for processing, storage, loading area, internal lofts, plus a large area dedicated to offices located on the ground floor.
The central body, on the west side (sub. 2), comprises on the ground floor an area partly used for loading and storage and partly for offices and exhibition space, while the first floor houses production and storage areas. The two levels are connected by an internal staircase and there is also a lift shaft currently bricked up.
The north-west portion (sub. 3) houses on the ground floor the processing and cutting area, with a metal mezzanine, and an office area made with light partitions in metal and glass elements, equipped with toilets.

Within some production and storage rooms, small box offices have been created. In the external area, there is also the structure of a tank originally intended for the production activity, now backfilled and covered with spontaneous vegetation. On the south side, there is a removable structure in metal elements used to cover the parking area, while on the north-east side there is a small structure in iron and sheet metal.
The roof of the building houses the photovoltaic system and the Robur heating machinery, located in the west portion. The entire area pertaining to the industrial complex is bordered by a concrete wall topped with a metal fence and is almost entirely paved with concrete, except for the area originally intended for a water collection tank, now left as uncultivated greenery. On the south side of the building, a prefabricated canopy has been built which serves as a cover for the parking spaces.
Overall, the property is in good condition.
