I've been working with the Molteni Group for some time as a photographer and home stager, and I can confidently say they're one of the best I've worked with on Lake Como and in the province of Lecco. I also purchased an apartment in Bellano through them, and they supported me very well throughout the purchasing process, from initial contact to the closing. The team is young, dynamic, and highly competent. I especially appreciate their organization, clear communication, and attention to detail in presenting each property in the best possible way. Knowing this sector intimately, I can confirm that it's rare to find professionals so reliable and passionate about their work. I highly recommend Molteni Real Estate to anyone seeking a reliable, modern, and results-oriented real estate service. I hope this partnership continues for a long time to come!

A huge thank you to Francesco, Alice, and the entire Molteni Real Estate team! The service was truly above expectations. Even as someone in the real estate business back home, I know buying property in Italy as a non-resident is no easy task. However, the Molteni team made it happen, helping us secure a property we dreamed of but never thought possible. Highly recommended!

Great agency. We signed a property-finding agreement with Molteni Real Estate, and within 6 months we closed the deal on an apartment that was exactly what we were looking for. The agency guided us through every step of the purchasing process and beyond. Great service — I can definitely recommend Molteni Agency!

Without a doubt the best real estate agency in the whole Lombardy. I don't speak Italian, so they assigned me an English speaking professional (oh that is a rare find, believe you me!) who did all in his power to find us a nice home, dealt everything on our behalf, kept me informed and I bought the property without even coming to Italy! (Except of course the notary part). They also found English speaking notary (the boss of the agency himself attended to a deed signing thus showing us that he really cares), they helped wih all the utilities and even took me to another town to open italian bank account. Francesco and Alice are 100% the best in their field, I can recommend Molteni Real Estate to everyone who wants to deal with the best.

Very knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate sector. I've used their advice several times. To sell or buy properties between Lecco and Colico, especially in the municipalities of Varenna and Perledo, they are absolutely worth contacting... 👍

I recently viewed 3 properties with Francesco Mesiti who was brilliant. He was polite, professional and listened to my brief and provided honest feedback. My search continues but I was very happy with this experience with Molteni.

A year ago, we had a completely chance but crucial encounter with the MOLTENI REAL ESTATE agency in Lecco. At the time, we were looking for an apartment to rent for Oliviero, who was moving from Ferrara to Lecco to attend the Polytechnic for the next five years. A year later, we decided to take an even more important step: purchasing a home, to allow Oliviero to undertake his studies with peace of mind and security. All of this was possible thanks to Mr. PAOLO MOLTENI and his staff, always ready to listen, understand, and guide us through such a significant decision. Sensitivity, professionalism, availability, and familiarity are the values that distinguish the Molteni agency. Special thanks go to SABRINA, who supported us from the beginning and never abandoned us, to Mr. PAOLO (the "big boss"), and to MAURA, SIMONA, and ALICE. We were also fortunate to meet the renovation team, composed of MANUEL, DAVIDE, and DONATELLA, truly special people who made us feel part of a big family, where everyone works together to achieve the best result. This house represents the first chapter of a new phase in Oliviero's life and that of our family. Thank you so much, Roberto, Lorenza, and Oliviero.

Excellent, Excellent, Excellent Paolo Molteni should be proud of his business and staff as it is world class. I have dealt with many real estate companies in the past but this is one of the best. A very professional company with great staff. Molteni sold my house in Lierna in 10 days. They did an incredible job, sent around a super talented photographer, answered our many questions and helped us through the process from start to finish. Thank you so much!

If you’re looking for a real estate agent on the east side of Lake Como, look no further than Carlo and his incredible team. They made the process of finding our perfect home seamless and stress-free. Not only were they extremely professional and knowledgeable about the local market, but they also went above and beyond to help us navigate the complexities of purchasing property in Italy. Carlo’s assistance with translations and handling the language barrier was invaluable. He patiently explained every step of the process and ensured that nothing was lost in communication. His team maintained excellent communication throughout, keeping us informed and confident at every stage. Thanks to Carlo, what could have been a daunting experience turned into a smooth and exciting journey. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are so grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommend Carlo and his team to anyone looking for a property in the Lake Como area! Alberto & Laura Sent from Rogers Yahoo Mail for iPhone

The attention to any concerns I had were always resolved in a 'matter of fact way'. Dealing directly with only 2 people at Molteni provided me with great confidence. They clearly had a wealth of experience and were able to guide me through each step of the way. Always cheerful and as initial strangers over the months we became friends. I would highly recommend them - at least give them a look and try - I have no regrets.

Angela Minoretti

Professional and friendly, as well as available for any need. I highly recommend them if you want to be in very safe hands.
