For lovers of modern architecture in 14th century walls, this palazzo is certainly an experience and sets high standards with many impressive details. The spacious layout on three living levels offers a high living comfort, bright rooms, terrace areas and access both to a garden with pool, and to the piazza of the place. With a southern orientation, both the palazzo and the garden get plenty of sun and the unspoilt location allows the observer's gaze to wander over a beautiful Umbrian landscape. During the renovation, which was completed in 2016, the building was extensively gutted, renovated and brought up to the latest building standards, taking into account all static and seismic requirements as well as energy efficiency. Most impressive, however, are the architectural and decorative elements, which were realized very carefully with great taste and attention to detail. You enter the Palazzo through its main entrance from the piazza on the middle residential level and enter a very beautiful reception room with fireplace. From there you have access to a balcony (with enough space for a table and chairs) from where you can overlook the garden and enjoy the panoramic landscape. A guest toilet is also accessible from the reception room. To the right there is a large dining room, also with a fireplace, and from there you reach a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a staircase down to the garden floor.
