The house is on the top of a hill overlooking the Arno river and the valley, with a stunning view, in the quiet hamlet of Poggio alla Malva, set in the beautiful countryside between Florence and Prato, close to the historical villages of Artimino and Carmignano. 
It is on three levels, with internal stairs, a large living room with terrace and garden, 2 bedrooms + 1 mansarda with roof terrace, 2 bathrooms, closet. The entrance is independent and can be easily reached from the private parking space at street level, by using either the external stairs, or the lift.
The house is built with highly innovative green technics, with a wooden “heart” like the ones you can find in Northern Europe, but it externally looks like a traditional Tuscan house.
It has a Class "A" energy performance (70% energy saving) and complies with the construction criteria set by the European Community coming into force from 2020. Technical details:
