The house is situated in San Giuliano Terme, known for the healthy properties of the water, in addition to the natural beauty that surround it. It is 17 km far from Marina di Pisa, holiday resort with beaches, the new harbour and where you can leave for a day trip to the near mediterranenan islands, like Capraia or Isola d'Elba.
The town offer all services: nursery school, school, pharmacy... In addition to a wonderful promenade that run Serchio river, with a cycle path.
You can easily reach the beach of Marina di Vecchiano (12 km), the natural park of San Rossore with his white dunes. In few minutes you can go and see Lucca with his wonderful city walls or have a cocktail in Versilia.
The house belongs to the beaux arts, it is the final portion of an old farmhouse. It has a garden with automatic irrigation and lightning. There is a 12 meters porch that can be closed.
