Stone period building built in 1925 located in Bagnoli del Trigno, a village known as the "Pearl of Molise", includes a large garden of 110 square meters + plot of land of about 960 square meters (including a building plot of 560sqm) bordering the back of the house + agricultural land at the entrance of the town (1780 square meters) + copse of 14290 square meters.

Excellent exposure on 3 sides overlooking the valley below, located close to the central square of the town. The building, to be renovated, is spread out over 3 levels:
-Basement floor of 200 square meters (h = 3, 80m) overlooking two sides of the courtyard (6 rooms).
