The property is set on a plot of 12’000 sq.mt. agricultural land with about 60 olive trees that produce excellent quality oil, in a beautiful sunny location near to the village of Villa Celiera, province of Pescara.
This pristine place can be reached in 45 minutes (35 km) from the Pescara airport. - about 80 min (or 128 km) North-East of Rome, the country's capital city.
Inhabited since prehistoric times and a lively Italic settlement (a necroplis was found nearby), the village takes its name from Celiera, that means wine cellar owned by the ancient Cistercian Monastery of Santa Maria Casanova, the ruins of a medieval tower can still be seen. 
It is possibile to restore/rebuild an house of 200 sqm on the land or whenever interested in a cheap solution - to put on place a very nice cabin. A mobile home , made in Italy, it cost from 15.000 euros up to 60.000 euros, depends on style and size. It is even possible to build a prefab home, made by a very good company located in Abruzzo, prices are very affordable. Property has a lovely oak wood and a pure and natural spring of water.
Villa Celiera has a very nice community, a lot of social activities and events.
