The house is situated in Sutri, in Piazza Dell'Oca, a few steps from the Town Square, in the historic center. All the basic services (pharmacy, bank, municipal offices, the parish church, grocery, convenience store, newsagent, bar, tobacco shop, dry cleaners, florist) are available within 100mt.

The entrance gate opens into a wide courtyard which gives access to the main house, the outbuilding and the cellar-woodshed.

The main house (95 sq.m.) is composed by entrance-living room with fireplace, living room with fireplace, wide stone-built kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom, bathroom, laundry, balcony.

Sutri (50 km from Rome,80 km from the Fiumicino International Airport) is a very ancient city located in the heart of Tuscia, on the Via Francigena which led from Canterbury to Rome.

Rich of history, Sutri is famous for its ancient monuments (including the Roman amphitheater entirely carved into the tuff stone and considered one of the most impressive ancient monument in the world), for its proximity to the ancient Etruscan cities (Vulci, Viterbo, Tuscania, Cerveteri , Blera), for several folkloric and cultural events.

Sutri also boasts one of the most beautiful golf courses in Europe (18 holes on corrugated parterre in the beautiful countryside around Viterbo) and it is an ideal starting point for numerous artistic, historical and naturalistic destinations.

The lakes of Lazio (10 Km Vico, 15 Km Bracciano, 23 Km Martignano, 50 Km Bolsena).
