The Real Estate Agency "La Tour" was created in Aosta in 1986. Its activity got started by a group of professionals who already had several years of experience in the field of real estate brokerage from working at an important joint-stock company of Piedmont.
Over the years the business has seen constant expansion and, in addition to operating in a stable way on the local residential market, it has matured and developed specific expertise when it comes to the mountain situated secondary housing market. It has also opened up local offices in the Valtourneche region in Breuil Cervinia and Antey Saint André as well as an office in Chamonix, France. In the name of holiday-home tourism, the Agency's website, www.immobiliarelatour.net was created during the second half of the 90's. It is one of the first within the industry on a national scale and it currently enjoys about 60,000 visits per year.
Since 2001, the real estate agency "La Tour", through its current Legal RepresentativeRoberto Nale, adheres to the Italian Federation of Professional Real Estate Agents, taking part in the activities concerned with updating professional practices, training and political union activities. Belonging to the F.I.A.P., which is the most representative national trade union with more than 10,000 real estate offices widely distributed throughout the country, enables the agency to maintain constant professional awareness as well as to provide advanced and high quality services.
As a consequence of the evolution seen within the tourism market, where there is an increase in the demand for holiday apartments as well as in the amount of foreigners, the agency has also been organized so as to provide management services for apartments rented weekly, particularly in Cervinia, with the aim of extending the service to other towns in the Valle d'Aosta.
